Atlascopy.com Shipping Policies

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of items ordered. Base rate of $5.50 for most orders. Ink Gallons, Digital Duplicator Supplies, and Bulk Paper may increase the Shipping Charges.  You will be emailed for approval if this is the case.

On average, Credit Card orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, although many times we will get your order out the same day. Because of this it may be difficult for us to change an order. If you need to make a change to your order please call 302-422-8000  immediately. 

Orders will be shipped when all items ordered are available, Items will not be shipped individually. Bulk Ink and Refill Kits are filled to order and may need extra time. 

If a Back-Order or Sold Out item occurs you will be emailed with an Estimated Date of Delivery.

We ship US Priority Mail and UPS Ground, You must select the shipping you want in the shipping selection pull-down menu during the check out process. The Default for shipping is US Priority.

US Priority: Please allow 3 to 7 days depending on distance from Delaware and depending on your local Postal Service.

UPS Ground Please Allow 1 to 6 days depending on distance from Delaware. All UPS orders will be emailed a tracking number.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes using UPS.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, AE, APO, AP, and FPO using US Priority Mail. Base rate is $5.50 for most orders. Ink Gallons, Digital Duplicator Supplies, and Bulk Paper may increase the Shipping Charges.  You will be emailed for approval if this is the case. 

Shipping is based on weight of shipment and country we are shipping to. You will be emailed within 24 to 48 hours with the shipping charge approval. We will not be held responsible for any Customs duties.

Canada - rate will be emailed / 0.00
International - rate will be emailed / 0.00

International Customers (Except Canada) MUST have a signed "International Agreement of Sale" for EACH transaction that you do with us. The agreement is very one sided to our favor. Without it we will not do business with you under any circumstances.
