| For some time now we have stopped trading with our International
customers. The reason is simply because there was too much fraud
especially with credit cards. Also some countries have strict Customs
requirements and a few of our shipments have been confiscated. The
reason is because many of our products contain items such as syringes
and/or needles that will not pass through Customs in some countries. If
you think your country will confiscate under these conditions please do
not order from us as there will be no refunds.
There are still some regions that we will absolutely NOT do
business with, for instance Nigeria and Indonesia. Do NOT order
anything from us if you reside in Nigeria or Indonesia.
We realize that our goods are in great demand abroad and many of you
have difficulty obtaining inkjet products from your own country. We
understand your dilemma and we have heard your pleas for help on many
occasions. Because of our policies we were not able to do business with
you before. Things have changed.
After careful consideration we have decided to renew our ties with
foreign trade under very strict circumstances. We will NOT be
tolerant of many things, but we will sell to you, IF you follow
our guidelines.
Before you do business with us we MUST have your signed "International
Agreement of Sale" for EACH transaction that you do
with us. The agreement is very one sided to our favor. Without it we
will not do business with you under any circumstances.
You must place your order online through our web site. Then send us
a copy of the "International
Agreement of Sale" filled out in its entirety. You must sign
the agreement.
We apologize for this inconvenience but because of some bad people
out there we were forced to re-structure our policies to be rigid and
unbending for International trade.
